Individualised Veterinary Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for dogs and cats across Essex, South Suffolk and surrounding areas. Each appointment is tailored to your pet's needs, whether they are recovering from injury or surgery, managing a long-term condition or maintaining their mobility.

Dogs & Cats
Veterinary Physiotherapy can support dogs and cats recovering from injury or surgery, managing long-term musculoskeletal conditions, or experiencing changes in strength, movement and mobility.
At Blue Skies Veterinary Physiotherapy, every appointment is tailored to your pet's individual needs, clinical history and rehabilitation goals. Treatment may include hands-on techniques, remedial exercises and appropriate electrotherapies, alongside practical advice to help you support your pet at home.
Initial Assessment
£60
(£75 with Class IV Laser)
1 hour
Appointments include:

A detailed discussion of your pet's history, lifestyle and current concerns.

Static and dynamic assessment of posture and movement, where appropriate.

Palpation of muscles and other soft tissues.

Assessment of joint range of motion.

Neurological assessment where clinically indicated.

Physiotherapy treatment tailored to your pet's needs.

A personalised home exercise plan and supporting guidance.

A report for your veterinary surgeon.
Follow Ups
£50
(£65 with Class IV Laser)
Up to 1 hour
Appointments include:

Review of progress since the previous session.

Reassessment of movement, muscle condition and joint mobility.

Hands-on treatment and appropriate electrotherapies.

Progression or modification of home exercises.

Advice on activity management and ongoing rehabilitation.
Veterinary Consent
Veterinary consent must be obtained before physiotherapy treatment begins. If your pet has been referred by your veterinary surgeon, or you would like to discuss whether physiotherapy may be suitable, please get in touch to arrange the next steps.
Individualised rehabilitation following injury, surgery and diagnosis of chronic conditions, such at arthritis.

- Veterinary session report
Initial assessments require more in depth assessments and discussions regarding previous clinical history
Follow Up

Up to 1 hour
Includes:

- Range of motion
- Neurological assessment (if required)
- Treatment including available therapies
- Home/remedial exercises
Please note Class 4 Laser therapy is not included. There is an additional, discounted charge of £15 to include Laser in a full Physiotherapy session.
Large Animal
Refer a Friend
If you refer a friend as a current client, you will receive £5 off your next session and your friend will also receive £5 off their initial assessment.
To get this discount your friend will need to quote your name as a current client when booking their initial session. You will get £5 off for every friend that you refer!
This offer can only be used on one animal at a time. There is no limit to how many times this offer can be used.
